[ it's very short and velvety.

as long as she doesn't try to hold onto him again, he'll stay there; any attempts to hug, however, will be met with wiggling free and re-draping. ]

[as long as he's warm and close she'll stay snuggled up against him and sleep for another hour or two before she starts to stir awake again]

[ by that point, he'll have finally fallen asleep. oops. ]

[why is there a kitty? who cares it's a kitty]

[ it's... sort of a kitty. aside from the whole "being very large" thing, the face is a little off, the ears are slightly too long, and both front and hind paws have thumb-looking dewclaws. it is a very handsome grey-blue tabby pattern, though.

making a barely audible "brrrffh" sort of noise and slitting an eye open at her ]

[smiles at him and scratches lightly down the back of his neck]

[ does not purr in response, although she might feel a faint vibration since her hand is close to his throat. however, she can definitely feel a sneaking sense of lazy contentment.

I'm more than a kitty. And that is because I'm "purring."

[she leans in and nuzzles the kitty's cheek]
