More detailed info on his appearance here. 15 Second Summary opal back at it again with the science experiments Lucky is the second generation model of a cat-based psionic biological weapon initially designed to be a sort of jack of all trades— intelligent enough to make judgement calls of its own, capable of both infiltration and assassination, but also useful as a soldier in outright battle. Unfortunately, being intelligent enough to make judgement calls on his own meant that when the military told him that he would not be getting the same benefits as human soldiers (namely, leave to visit the family that had fostered him to make sure he was socialized properly), he called their bluff on whether he was too valuable to kill and cheerfully went absent without leave. Personality-wise, he's a pretty stereotypical cat— though whether he's that way because of the cat genes or because it amuses him to play to the stereotype is something only he knows. Abilities & Permissions Abilities THIS BOY IS BASICALLY A MEWTWO EXPY. Teleportation, telepathy, telekinesis, you name it, he can probably do it. Mindfuck in particular is his specialty. Also has enhanced senses and strength and is trained in martial arts/infiltration/assassination techniques. Permissions I am okay with many things! My only real limits are that I can't play out outright noncon or dubcon that would lead to real upset later, and I'd prefer to avoid loving descriptions of certain kinds of torture (eye, mouth, or finger trauma). If things are getting intense one way or another I would also like to be in contact! Sensing He's got mental shields of the "nothing to see here folks, certainly not any enormous psychic powers" type up at pretty much all times, but anyone with enough skill or persistence to keep looking can pretty easily tell there's some serious oomph behind that. His "I'm totally a normal human boy" mental trick is also usually not too strongly enforced, so if a character has any sort of mental resistance to psychic trickery they're welcome to notice he's actually a giant furball— here's some more info on how that works.
